Licenses
Every iPad associated with your account requires an active license in order to function properly. This section provides detailed instructions on how to manage your licenses, including the process for adding new licenses or removing existing ones from your account. By following these steps, you will be able to ensure that each iPad has the appropriate license for usage, allowing you to adjust your license count as your needs change.
You have the flexibility to add or remove licenses as needed. Each license is billed on a monthly basis, with the billing date remaining consistent from month to month. If you decide to increase the number of licenses before your regular billing cycle ends, you will be charged a prorated amount to cover the cost of the additional licenses for the remainder of the current billing period.
If you choose to reduce the number of licenses, you will still have access to the software and be able to log in on your iPad(s) until 11:59 PM on the day the license expires. After that time, you will lose access and will be unable to log in again unless you purchase a new license.
