Cloud Event Management

This section will provide a detailed overview of how to manage an individual event within the platform, as well as explain the various options and functions available to you on this page. Managing events is a key part of the platform’s functionality, and this page is designed to offer you a range of tools to customize, duplicate, or delete events, as well as interact with individual photos captured during the event.

Here are the primary functions available for managing an event:

  • Configure Event: Selecting this option will open the event configuration settings. Here, you can modify the specific details and settings of the event, allowing for customization to meet your needs.

  • Duplicate Event: This option enables you to create an exact copy of the current event. Duplicating an event is useful if you want to replicate its settings for another event or use it as a template for future events.

  • Close Event: Choosing this will close the event and return you to the main dashboard, where you can view all your other events. This option is useful when you're done managing the current event and want to move on.

  • Delete Event: This function will permanently delete the event along with all associated photos and data. Please note that this action cannot be undone, so use it with caution if you're certain the event and its content are no longer needed.

In addition to these main functions, there are several other features available on this page:

  • Image and Share Statistics: This section allows you to view the total number of images that have been captured and shared during the event. These stats provide a quick overview of the event's engagement.

  • Manage Captures: You can upload new captures, download existing ones, or delete individual photos from the event. This provides full control over the event’s media content.

  • Share Album Feature: This option generates a unique URL for the event’s album, which can be shared with others. The shared album allows guests or other participants to view and download event photos, offering an easy way to distribute images.
