Event Info

This page provides an overview of the essential details related to your client’s event, serving as a central hub for managing the core information. Below is a breakdown of the key fields available and their functions.

Event Name: This is where you will assign a title or name to the event. The name you choose will represent the event and may be visible to guests, making it an important identifier throughout the setup and execution of the event.

Customer Name: This field is reserved for entering the name of your client or customer. While this information is critical for your own records and management, it will not be displayed to event guests. This ensures that the customer’s personal details remain private, while allowing you to keep track of the event's ownership.

Start and End Date: In this section, you will specify the dates on which the event will take place. The start and end dates are primarily for organizational and storage purposes. These dates do not serve as hard cutoffs, meaning the event will not be automatically shut down or restricted based on these entries. This feature is designed to help you manage and archive your events efficiently.

Event Passcode (optional): If needed, you have the option to set an optional passcode to protect the event's administrative access. This four-digit passcode is intended to prevent unauthorized users from logging out of the event during its duration. By setting this passcode, you add an extra layer of security to ensure smooth operation and control over the event’s settings throughout its runtime.
